Penniwells 1 - San Remo
The Penniwells Project, located on the coast of Philip Island, emphasizes the juxtaposition between an industrial concrete aesthetic and the warm, organic nature of wood.
The combination of concrete and wood creates a cohesive modern design that invites warmth in from the surroundings alongside the conscious placement of timber throughout the house. The surroundings are revealed with floor-to-ceiling windows that make its open-concept interior seem even more spacious.
